Membership Rates for 2026
The Club’s Subscription year runs from 1 January to 31 December.
Full 7-Day Member – £819
- Unlimited play, 7 days a week
- Voting rights (except for employees)
- England Golf & County Golf affiliation (WHS included)
- Loyalty card for BRS bookings & drinks discounts
- UK Public Liability Golf Insurance
- Discounted guest rates & clubhouse bookings
- Reciprocal deals at 1890 clubs
5-Day Member (Mon–Fri) – £751
- Play weekdays only
- All benefits as Full Member, excluding weekend play
5-Day Off-Peak Member – £515
- Play after 1pm on Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, and Sat
- No qualifying competitions
- Voting rights (except for employees)
Seniors (Over 75) – £685
- Full playing rights, 7 days a week
- All benefits as Full Member
9-Hole Senior (Over 80) – £342.50
- 9 holes per day, any day
- Must be 80+ on 1 January
- No new members from 2025 onwards
Low/Modest Income – £520
- For individuals who can demonstrate financial hardship
- Full playing rights
- Requires documentation for eligibility
Country Member – £555
- Must live 50+ miles from PGC and be a full/5-day member elsewhere
Second Club Member – £436
- Must be a member of another club
- Full playing rights but no club competitions or voting rights
Junior Member (Under 18)
- 11-14 years £60
- 15-17 years £85
- Off-peak play until approved by Pro
- No voting rights
- Supervision required if under 14
Cadet Member (Under 11) – £25
- Off-peak play until approved by Pro
- Supervision required at all times
Social Member – £50
- Use of clubhouse facilities
- No voting rights
Intermediate
- Age 18-20 years – £205
- Age 21 – 23 years – £410
- Age 24 to 25 years – £615
- 7 Day student membership age up to 25 (proof of course required) £410
Joining Fee – £200 for new members
Life Member
- Awarded by the Club Council for exceptional service
- Full playing and voting rights
- Valid until resignation, death, or withdrawal for disciplinary reasons
Absent Member
- For members unable to play for 6+ months due to illness/injury
- Access to clubhouse & practice facilities
- Discretionary fee adjustments
Notes:
- Voting rights excluded for direct/indirect club employees in all categories
- Loyalty card includes drink discounts and BRS access
- Access to coaching, driving range, and practice facilities included where stated
- Memberships may be pro-rated depending on joining date
- Joining Fee applies to all categories except under 25 categories and low and modest income.
