NOTICE TO MEMBERS
Two weeks ago, following the positive result of an electronic ballot, you were informed that proposals for a new management structure would be finalised and notified to you. This was to be followed by a further electronic ballot, giving you the opportunity to vote upon these proposals.
The Interim Committee’s proposals are now issued for your consideration and the electronic ballot will follow on Thursday 10th November. The proposals will also be available on the Club website.
Should the membership approve the proposals, nominations for positions on the new Council will be sought from the membership and nomination sheets will be placed on the Club Notice Board 28 days prior to the AGM on 16th December 2022.
It is six weeks since the first meeting of the Interim Committee of Management and you will realise it has not been possible, in that time, to revise the entire structure of the Rules of the Club. We believe that what has been achieved will allow elections to proceed at the AGM and provide a new Council to take the Club forward.
